We collect the contact details, business details, product requirements and attachments you submit to request a quotation. A hashed connection identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Your quote list is saved in your browser until you remove it or successfully submit an enquiry.
Purpose and access
Your information is used to review and respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate requested commercial discussions. Enquiry records and attachments are accessible only to authorized administrators. Email processing, when configured, is performed through the configured email service.
Storage and retention
Records and attachments are stored in the website hosting provider’s database and file storage. Data may be processed outside your country. We retain enquiry information for business follow-up and applicable record-keeping requirements; contact us for a specific retention or deletion request.
Your choices
You can request access, corrections or deletion by emailing motai-01@motaiabrasive.com. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential files that are not needed for your enquiry.
Cookies, external links and analytics
The site uses browser storage for the quote list. Administrator sign-in uses hosting authentication. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are enabled in this version. WhatsApp, maps and social links open external services with their own privacy policies.
